I ORDERED THIS BOOK FOR MY GRANDSON SINCE A FRIEND HAD BOUGHT A BOOK ABOUT A GRANDDAUGHTER AND A GRANDMOTHER FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER. MY GRANDSON LOVES THE BOOK AND HAS MEMORIZED THE WORDS AND HE IS TWO. -- GREAT BOOK FOR A GRANDCHILD

I bought this for my grandchild's grandpa. The 16 month old likes these lift the flap books. But as grandpa doesn't cook, and the book is all about making pizza w/grandpa, I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known that. If you have a grandpa that makes pizza, go for it. -- Pizza w/grandpa

This whole series of boys is great. We've bought one set for each child, because babies like to rip off the flaps. -- toddler likes it

I got this gift for Fathers Day for my daughters Grandpa. They read it together all the time and they both enjoy it. It really is a great 'lift the flap book'. -- Great gift for the Grandpa

I have a couple of books by this author. Very cute--but this wasn't the smartest buy.
The story basically has the little girl baking a pizza with Grandpa--which falls on my dad's to-do list right after getting a root canal and giving away all his tools. Just not gonna happen.
So... unless you want to have your daughter expecting to be baking with Grandpa, choose different book.
Anybody know a Grandpa and Me book that has them playing with tools? -- Should have read an excerpt first
